Lovely campground, unfortunately we only spend 2 days. Beautiful lake for swimming and fishing. Also walk around the lake is possible. Very friendly staff.
Great quite well kept place to camp with the family. We called days before and were able to scoop up a campsite. Staff were very friendly to us upon arrival and during our stay. Our children loved the park. Would recommend as well as camp here again.
I had a lovely experience with my kids and such. We had a good smoothie and some lovely fries. Kids were happy and the people were nice. I was sorry to hear that they were suffering some family medicalIssues and were taking it very strongly. I highly recommend them and I pray God keeps them safe.
Love this place. Great for kids. Fairly quiet. So close to an absolutely amazing lake that is great for bike riding,walking,walks with your pets. There is great fishing and life guards on duty during the summer. You can rent water toys from the camp sight such as kayaks and canoes. Prices are fair and the staff are very friendly. This place is great for people that want to camp wile still being in side the city and for all of you that love the wild life it is only a 100 feet from the lake and mountains where you can find all the wild life and water activitie fun you could ever need. So Next time you think of camping and want to camp longer but have to work leave the family at the beach wile you go to work cause you are still in the city and will have no problem going to work wile escaping the city for camping fun and pleasures at night.
This is a GREAT campground! I had the pleasure of visiting Westwood Lake for the second time this year, spent 3 nights there and everything was great. I went with my husband and two other families/friends and their kids. The tent sites are very private and large, surrounded by threes... Perfect!The owners are very friendly, showers super clean, and everyone is nice. I highly recommend and can't wait to go there again!
