Front desk was so kind and efficient I always love to roll into a hotel and have a key card in my hand immediately. Rooms were clean and warm. Cleaning staff were super sweet and friendly. Worked perfect for me !
Stayed there l for one night...no air conditioning..small rooms beds were not comfortable. the lady at the front desk did not say anything about charging an additional $200 on my visa for security. Be careful when looking for a place.
Very bad place to stay. One night stay and drug deals, people running up and down stairs. Screaming at 3 am. If you don't want the continental breakfast, a good night's sleep, quiet place to enjoy and monthly rentals at the motel, then this is the place to go. If in fact you want a good night sleep, a quiet place to relax, continental breakfast and no people living there by the month then please go stay at another motel in Nanaimo. The rooms are small.
Very nice rooms. Good location. Not enough parking
After I filled out my little hotel form., the lady at the counter informed my I could only stay one night . The problem was i am from nanaimo . Born and raised . She informed me they did not take local people there . This is Intesting to me because it was the first time in my 40 years someone was being a snob to me because I'm from nanaimo IN nanaimo...maybe they live in Victoria. Room was clean , nice water feature in the court yard . 7 11 across the street . Things did look a little beat up here and there . Obviously thirsty for a coat of paint for a couple of years now . Mainly a place for people discusted by nanaimo passing through . I guess the ladies comment about not taking local people might reflect the housing problems down town oh well . I prefer the blue bird for my nanaimo dive hotel. Tally how with in 10 bucks of the price and has a pool!
