This is been one of my secret Nanaimo gems because I can get ethnic foods I can't find anywhere else. There's always a great selection of regular and organic produce plus an entire Asian greens section in addition to the regular grocery items. I'm vegetarian but find that there is an amazing selection of meats and a deli that has a restaurant attached. My friends and family really enjoy that.
This is a very nice grocery and produce store sells variety of day to day home and food requirements. They also have freshly cooked food corner, it is best deal for the portion v/s price. They have good sea food and chicken collection mostly we don't find this kind of variety in other big stores. Ideally located in the North town center mall on Highland Highway access through Rutherford road. Plenty of Free parking. Excellent location to do other errands after or before doing grocery shopping.
Overall this place is pretty good. You can find lots of ethnic foods. The produce is pretty good here and they have that Western Chinese food if you're a fan of that.
Great international grocery store with great prices. This is my favorite place to shop for groceries in Nanaimo. The ramen section is awesome. You can find many hard-to-find items like Halva. Shopping in this store is like shopping at Whole Foods in Nanaimo but it isn't as expensive.
Great meat department, love the selection in the produce department. It also has a great Asian food section and let's not forget about the Chinese kitchen...yummy
