Don't trust their reports, they are full of lies, and manipulated stats. TREB lost their ongoing battle to keep the sales data private. It's only a matter of time until its forced by the supreme court to be public everywhere. When it becomes public just watch how quickly you will see VIREB scramble to "update" their doctored reports from the past. Vancouver island real estate is crashing, and crashing HARD. Just look at the total number of units available for sale, its rocketing up. Nothing is selling. Even with prices being slashed. Despite what VIREB tries to tell you in their fake news fake stats reports, now is the worst possible time to buy. Wait 2 years, you will see the truth will come out.
