I recently sent Doug Belcher a complimentary email regarding his online mobile home page, which I had found quite helpful. We are planning to buy a mobile home soon and I had been looking for information regarding the various mobile parks in this area.Unfortunately, Mr. Belcher never bothered to get back to me. Not to thank me for the compliment or to answer a couple of other related questions I had asked him. I am NOT impressed.I'm also not surprised that there are no other reviews here (as of today)about his work as a realtor. If you can't even reply to a pleasant, initial enquiry, it doesn't say much for what could be expected from him overall.My search for the right realtor in Nanaimo area continues. Like finding a great dentist, hard to find but hopefully they ARE out there!
