Shannon Frith, all around excellent human being, and realtor! She is very knowledgeable and helped us in 2016 to find our first house! She noticed the little things we didn't see and helped us find the right house. Feel confident in buying with Shannon and 460! They have a really nice office and they know people... neither of us had ever purchased a house before and Shannon was great with explaining and teaching us about how the process works. She helped us at literally every stage, even when we felt guilty for phoning her too much.
Terrible experience. I would not write but I should do because people need to know. If you want to deal with this 460 Realty, you should avoid Robyn Heyer. Absolutely no service and extremely careless since I signed the contract. She would ruin the reputation of 460 Realty. I strongly recommend not to see her or this 460 Realty.
Best real estate firm in town. These guys are a true team of local realtors, that care about their clients like the bigger companies cannot. They were all once agents at the big firms, and left to band together to bring the best real estate agency on Vancouver Island. I for one, am a happy client :)
