I walk in and was rudely asked to show two pieces of ID, not even a hello or any form of a greeting. I pointed out that other vape shops have never asked for two pieces just one and I was called a Narc for saying that. I understand the legality for ID but I can say how disappointed I was when I walked in there. I have been to this place before just once and didn't experience the attitude I was given. I will never shop here again :) :) :)
I've been going to this place for over a year now and can honestly say that I am more than happy with the staff and their knowledge of what they are selling. The staff here are so helpful with anything you need, I've never had a bad experience and doubt I ever will the staff here are the reason I keep returning... Well and the juice.. Lol.
Been to this location many times, today will be my last. An employee there with glasses, a long beard and a nose piercing was being rude as I was deciding what products to buy. What a terrible expierience it was to be "helped" by this individual! Great selection but I will never go back to this Bowen rd location.(just read previous negative posts about this same guy, not the only one apparently. If i owned this shop I would look into this. A bad seed behind the counter is going to affect your bottom line)
Crass and Kodi know their stuff. Just ask about mods, tanks or juice preferences and they got you. Great job guys
Was not impressed with how staff answered my simple questions it was not a matter of me being rude or arrogant to deserve such snarky responses. I would assume customer always comes first but not with this establishment.
