Good service. Even up to the last minute. Patient and helpful.
Every time I have visited A Step Ahead, I have been greeted by staff and experience the best customer service. In my opinion, the shoe selection--both style and quality of product, exceeds any other shoe store in Nanaimo and I will continue to shop here in the years to come.
Management needs to teach there staff how to act. I cant believe they are allowed to speak to customers like that
I was in this store today. The store had several customers. One employee was on the phone with a customer. Two ladies were standing next to me talking. I needed help, so I walked around them to the cashier & they asked if they could help me. I actually said to them, "Oh I didn't know you worked here." The staff are trained by management. If Management allows this behaviour, then it will continue. I read the reviews. Apparently, it is an ongoing problem.
Very very bad service. They were rude to an Asian woman that asked for help. I didn't laugh along...they said "was she talking to us...oh well hahahah" I said..." she was probably looking for some help which is severely lacking in this store" and I walked out...they then yelled.."keep walking...so I did....I walked right over to Walk in Comfort and got some awesome shoes with great service!
