Ive heard great things but finally just made it to this hidden treat in the Old Quarter section of downtown Nanaimo. I love a hearty and healthy meal and as a vegetarian I was extremely spoiled by both the flavour and the size of the Veggie Burrito.The location is great, wonderful outside patio and the inside decor is simple and enjoyable. I noticed there is a bit of an ethnic grocery store mixed inside as well. I will be back to explore more of the menu next time.

A great place to get a good meal. I was taken there by a friend who is goes quite regularly.There are several choices in the Mexican style menu.I tried a chicken wrap which was recommended by my friend. It was good and I really enjoyed my meal.I think you can different levels of chili. Mine was a medium. Hot enough but tasty.They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is pleasant. Wait time is moderate at lunch time.
Love this spot. Always vegetarian options and willing to accommodate my gluten free diet. The heat options for your food are spicer than I am used to, so I always order with less heat than I do other places.
this is one of my favourite places for lunch. food is good, service is quick and the food is Mexican, all the way. Heads up, the hot is unbearable, and I like a little heat. So go with the medium unless you are a seasoned pro.
