Had them out to fix my two fire places. He charged me 200 and said one was fixed and another just need a part which should be in by the end of the week. Two weeks later no word from them and the fireplace he had "fixed" still didn't work. I called them 5 times over that month before they finally came back. Charged me another 200 dollars more to put in one part and not fix that same fireplace again. He left black stains on my white carpet and put the glass cover on upside down. To top it all off I looked over the invoices and find he had charged me 10 dollars to clean the glass. This isn't a big deal but I had not asked him to do it and all he did was wipe it down with a dirty paper towel.Horrible customer service and I will not be calling these guys back to do any work at my house again!
Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I'd say it not easy to impress me, but Norm's Mobile Service has managed to do just that. Dave, Erin and the installation staff were first rate to deal with from the very first phone call. Excellent service and attention to detail far beyond most of his competitors left a lasting impression on us, both for our home and most certainly for any future plumbing/heating work we'll need in the future. Not only will Dave and his company be our contractor of choice from now on, but we will gladly recommend the company to everyone we know! Keep up the great work guys!
