Found staff rude and they can be quite difficult to deal with. Trainees need to be better trained and supervised
Very very very very picky about signatures being identical... they waste my time allot... lineups always long and some people working there have no idea what there talking about..
The wait in line took over an hour with staff waiting in the back while only two members took care of customers in line. Then when speaking to the insurance reps they seemingly short tempered with customers and were rude to a few. Even just based on the wait time alone, I will be using a different insurance company next time around.
