An agent with serious attitude show up at the Mitsubishi dealership in Nanaimo. We ensured the new vehicle and she was supposed to cancel the old insurance. She did return the plates to ICBC but never bothered to cancel the insurance. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere
