I first went to Aura for my highlights and a trim and Im not going to lie I was nervous cause its scary going to a new salon for the first time. I booked my appointment with Bryn and oh my god my blonde came out ah-mazing. She totally listened to how I wanted it! They also have the cutest retail area with all these awesome products and the cutest stuff to buy! Its so pretty inside with a relaxed but fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend them!
I appreciate that I got an appointment quickly. Unfortunately the stylist was unable to do her best work because I was unable to let her wash my hair. My regular stylist has no trouble spraying my hair instead of washing but he wasn't available. My hair layers are too long on one side so they are not curling. The salon was clean and bright, staff pleasant and polite and I was given a discount for not getting a wash
Love the Aura girls. I see Bryn but I wouldnt hesitate to see any of the other stylists in the salon if she wasnt available. Emily is always a pleasure to interact with whether it be booking appts, paying, or during my service. I would reccomend Aura to anyone!
