Ever since Nadia sold this salon... all the good stylists have moved on....I suspect cultural bias and issues...but who knows. All I know is all the good stylists left and what's left isn't worth going to...overpriced and under experienced in my humble opinion. Inconsistency is the death knell for any business... as far as manners and politeness goes....speaking in your home language in front of paying customers who have no clue what your saying... is RUDE..plain and simple.I had an appointment with a stylist for next week and it was by sheer coincidence than I went to the ADIA web page so that I could refer a friend to another stylist there, and found that my stylist and the one that I was going to refer a friend to were gone. You'd think the salon would be calling to say that my appointment would have to be rescheduled and with someone else...but no.. no. This is the 2nd time that I've been disappointed by this salon, I won't be back and not that this matters to them in the least, but being a business person myself, I would never assume that 1.) I can be culturally inept and rude while charging people good coin and 2.) that I don't have to keep my clients and customers abreast of staff turn over when it affects them directly...good luck with your bus.

I had a pretty bad experience here a couple of months ago. I asked to have my split ends trimmed and to get some layers added. She thinner my hair a TON and didnt get rid of a lot of the split ends, and at the end of the haircut when I asked if she could get rid of a few more split ends, she just said no. Lol.It hurt the most when I had to pay $50 plus tip for it.
Amazing salon!! Probably the best salon I've ever been too. Very professional and lovely staff and they make you feel like an absolute queen! GREAT service!! Highly recommend Natalie! I go to her all the time and shes amazing. (if you've got longer hair, she does KILLER blowouts too by the way ;) )
