Great friendly business, with great service and prices
The facility would be so much better if you didn't have to get out of the car to gain access. Before my poor father was back in the car the gate was closing.
Before moving to Nanaimo I was in search of a place to park my auto carrier. After many calls I stumbled upon Supreme Storage. Called them up and inquired about parking and they were glad to accommodate me. Matt and Jen are awesome. Knowledgable about their business and very pleasant to interact with. These people know their job and know it well. Their rates are very reasonable. If you're looking for storage for your belongings and wish to find a secure, professional establishment with friendly knowledgeable staff then Supreme Storage is the place you're looking for. I would deffinately recommended this facility.
Great costomer service. Went in to rent a storage unit in a panic and absolutely clueless as to what size I would need. Jenn and Mat helped me get what I needed and also helped occupy my kids while I was doing the paper work.Very clean, friendly staff, seemed very family oriented and family friendly.I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Unit was clean and easy to use. Even the other customers there at that time were friendly.
The manager Matt is a joke! I moved to Edmonton and came back for my things. Unfortunately the ferries were delayed and this in return delayed me getting to the supreme storage during business hours. I was able to get my things before 9 and left on the first ferry in the morning. I called and spoke to Matt saying that I would courier the key and card back to them then next day. He said that they would not except them and that they will charge me for them not being returned in person. No where in the contract does it say that this needs to happen and this moron thinks that people have all the time and money in the world to come back and return it. I have asked to talk with his boss, Ill be lucky to have him call me to have this sorted based on the attitude of this employee. In the end its not about the money its about this guys attitude and the way he conducts himself. Good luck if you need to deal with him
