I was dealing with a chest cold for about 3 months...symptons were couphing/congestion/ and energy loss. I am always reluctant to do anything about it and just tough it out till it leaves, but it wasnt going anywhere.I had Britanny whip up some oils which I applied for a few days then she recommended a body scrub. It was a total relaxing session. The next day I was totally wiped. She said iy was the toxins surfacing and being released. The next day my symptons were gone and cleared up!
