It looks like Anil and David Ram have streamlined the pharmacy experience to just that, a specialized pharmacy with out isle upon isles of candy and cards. I knew Anil way back from his days of owning pharmacies under the large franchise names we are familiar with.But now they have a unique system to specialize with sterile compounding onsite, which I haven't seen elsewhere at that level, as well as providing the regular dispensing of prescriptions and home health care items we use on a daily basis.I like the fast service and personal attention that grows each time I go back. Initially I was given a binder that was made up to identify and document all my health care related medications, check ups, flu shots, Dr visits, prescription details etc, but more importantly listing any products that I would or could have an adverse or allergic reaction to. Pretty handy when all you have to do is pack a binder and have almost anyone assist in expediting your treatment in a safe direction.That was above and beyond I'd say.Thanks for great ideas like this, showing your thinking of us and our personal interests, not only at your pharmacy but also when we leave and go on about our days.thanks again guys!Mike L
Five stars are not enough. One would not think a simple prescription fill transaction would leave enough to write a glowing review. In dealing with myself and other clients the staff went the extra mile. Customer service is about good service no matter the industry. These people get it completely.
