Good food. Staff professionally trained. enjoyed every moment there.
First time visit and family of four. Arrived before supper time rush (several open tables). It took over 15 minutes from being seated to server making first appearance, not acceptable. Our server was great until the end. Asked for an additional sour cream for my daughter and it was never brought out until I spoke with a manager, then it was brought promptly. Once ready to get our bill our server took on another table and we never spoke with her again. I liked the food but service was poor. C rating. Undecided if we will stop in again.
My drink had a fly in it, and they did not even apologize. AND still made me pay for it!!! Another person at my table got the wrong drink. Then, I got the complete wrong meal. My friend didnt get her fries after we asked three times. And we still waited too long for our food, but my replacement meal did come up fast..... maybe thats why it was cold it was waiting for me. And when I called, the manager did not even seem to care because I had five different waitresses not wearing name tags and he apparently cant do anything without knowing who the waitress was. All in all, throughly not impressed with my first visit and will be VERY hesitant to return. If you dont mind paying expensive prices and waiting forever for your food to have gotten the wrong food and flys in your drinks then thsi is the place for you.
Soooooo tasty!! Staff was nice too!! I love their sushi, Korean deep fried chicken and dragon bowl, but wish the rice in dragon bowl can have a little bit more cuz it was a little bit salty without enough rice... but regardless So tasty!!
The menu is pretty limited for my tastes but I happened to try a french dip tgere the other day and they are, hands down, best I've ever eaten. Recommend getting a side of their equally delicious gravy for their equally delicious fries.
