Had Minute Men as our International movers from Nanaimo to the U.K. They came and packaged everything very well and then the goods were taken to the depot in Nanaimo and held there for weeks... We were told anything from 5 to 12 weeks for the removal, no problem.. goods eventually took 15 weeks.. Also no tracking number until about 12 weeks in..Over estimated cubic footage and which we paid for in advance. We were given a refund.. which was sent to a closed bank account.. we were moving to the UK, no discussion as to where we wanted the refund. On speaking to the accounts department in Nanaimo not our problem, it is now the 9 July and still not received the refund. Would not recommend Minute Men.
