Surprisingly fast! I went in the morning and was in line for only a few minutes. The line was orderly, staff came to open up more stations when the line backed up a bit, and were very knowledgeable. Wheelchair accessible - ask for the desk with adjustable height if you need it!the person who helped me was very efficient and helpful, and there were several other staff in the office having friendly conversations with their customers. Such a change from lower mainland service offices which can be a lot like cattle herding.
