I scored a "last-minute cancellation" appointment to have my living room and hallway carpets cleaned. Service was prompt, and communication with the office and driver was excellent. He did a great job. I was able to pay the cleaner using a credit card, which is handy. I appreciated the environment/pet friendly product and my carpets were dry by day's end. Easy peasy!
We have been using Classic Care Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for the past 4 years and are always delighted with the care and service they provide. This year we sent out our 4 wool carpets for cleaning and they came back spotless. We were advised that one of our rugs needed rebinding and another was just starting to fray. He is one of those tradespeople who was a pleasure to have in our home. Because of Nathan, Classic Care is now our default carpet care, upholstery cleaning professionals. Friendly service, great work, clean blinds, very satisfied. The only thing to complain about is that links on the website don't work. It made it more difficult to reach and speak to someone.
I had Classic Care clean my living room furniture and a large area rug a few years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. I am very happy with the results and feel comfortable now having it as a bed for my guests. The staff is always so friendly and considerate.... I highly recommend them!! Jonnie
