We had them do some appraisals of some of our jewelry and sold them a few pieces of gold jewelry that contained synthetic stones. They treated us fairly in every way, including helping us sort real (valuable) items from costume items. We threw some real items in with some costume items and they pulled the out and identified them to us. We then trusted them to sort the rest. Good people and fair pricing.

I stopped in today because I wanted to move some of my online ordering of precious metals to support a local business in town. As a first try with a new business I was only going to order a small quantity (20-40oz) but I was basically told that the "couple bucks" they would make off my order wasn't worth their time to handle it, but I should fee free to come back when I'm ready to do a bigger order where they could make a "decent spread" off of my order. You lost me as a customer before you even acquired me.
