Lots of damaged material 20%unusable buy more they won't replace defective or damaged products every other supplier well go elsewhere

Great carpet experience! My special order carpet came in as scheduled and the installer, Gary, did a quick and good job on the install. I had ordered some underlay, too, but it turns out the existing underlay was still in good shape - the shop had no problems with returning the underlay. I really appreciate it. My new carpet looks so nice, I might just hold off on selling this place for awhile to enjoy it!
