Vero is a knowledgeable, focused and caring leader. She goes above and beyond for her classes, it's always clear that she's put a lot of thought into everything that she does. I'm amazed by her consistent, positive energy and her joyful smile that lights up a room and continues to shine no matter what. I would take another training with her & I highly recommend her; I'm so grateful to have her as a teacher.

I am just starting out with Veronique and I couldn't be more excited. She is knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition. She is also very positive and takes the time to explain whatever you need. Diverse exercises and various routines are planned and that is exactly what I wanted.
Veronique truly is a "Health and Fitness Expert" certified in yoga, nutrition, massage and much more. She is very driven and uplifting to be around. I first met her 4 years ago when I was seeking a Mommy and me yoga class for my son and I, she provided a fun and affordable class that this Mama never forgot. I have recently started calling her "Spider Woman."
